It has been a pleasure to work with Efficiency Heating & Cooling over the last few months as they have come in to clean, repair and bring up to speed the HVAC systems in our small two story office building. Our dedicated technician is Tristan, and he is great! He always takes the time to thoroughly review the work he is doing with us to make sure we understand everything and are on the same page about what needs to be done next. The admin team is also very helpful, and it feels like there is good communication between their field technicians and the staff that does scheduling. Pricing is transparent and seems reasonable for the scope of the work that is being done. I use Efficiency Heating & Cooling for my personal home, and now for our office. I am pleased with the work they have done on both fronts, and happily recommend them to anybody who needs HVAC work done. I’m so glad Jim came to do my furnace tune up yesterday. A few years ago he worked all day in the heat to solve a problem with my AC. He’s a real one! This week he took the time to explain what the tuneup entails, and he listed some issues that could be addressed in the future, but no pressure.
